上海▪光华爱而美特仪器有限公司(SGAIC)是一家中德合资企业，成立于1987年3月。德方股东为Ludwig KROHNE GmbH & Co. KG，中方股东为中核浦原总公司。

SGAIC是目前国内生产规模最大的电磁流量计制造商，全套引进德国科隆公司的技术和生产设备，能生产DN10-3000的电磁流量计。SGAIC生产的电磁流量计广泛应用于供水、冶金、石化、造纸等行业。目前SGAIC的市场份额居国内第一。到2006年底SGAIC已经向市场累计投放80,000多台电磁流量计。SGAIC的校准实验室获得了国家CNAL认可，出具的标定报告也得到世界范围的承认。

Brief Introduction

Shanghai Guanghua – Altometer Instruments Co., Ltd (SGAIC) is a Sino-German joint venture company, which was established in March 1987. The German shareholder is Ludwig KROHNE GmbH & Co. KG, and the Chinese shareholder is China National Nuclear Puyuan Corporation.

SGAIC is the largest manufacturer of electromagnetic flowmeters in China. The advanced technology and production equipment was completely imported from KROHNE Germany. The company can produce electromagnetic flowmeters with diameter range from DN10 – 3000. Electromagnetic flowmeters from SGAIC are widely used in the water, metallurgical, chemical, petrochemical and paper & pulp industries. Since many years, SGAIC is the market leader of magnetic flowmeters in China. Until the end of 2006, SGAIC has delivered more than 80,000 units to the Chinese market. The calibration laboratory of SGAIC obtained the certificate from CNAL (National Accreditation Board for Laboratories), and the calibration certificates issued by SGAIC are recognized all over the world.
